SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
UK SHIPPING
• Standard UK tracked delivery: 3–5 business days
• Standard shipping: £4.99
• Free UK shipping on orders of £50 or more
EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING
• Standard tracked delivery: 5–10 business days
• Standard shipping: £14.99
• Free EU shipping on orders of £100 or more
Where applicable, duties and import taxes for EU orders may be calculated and collected at checkout. Any applicable charges will be shown during checkout.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Standard tracked delivery: 7–14 business days
• Standard shipping: £23.99
• Free international shipping on orders of £200 or more
International shipping is currently available only to the countries and regions shown as available at checkout.
For destinations where duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Hadia Jewelry Studio cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs charges, any refund or reshipment will be handled in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
