TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. ABOUT US
This website and online store are operated by H3 HOUSEHOLD HUB LTD, trading as Hadia Jewelry Studio (“Hadia Jewelry Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Hadia Jewelry Studio provides jewellery and related products through this website. Our online store is powered by Shopify.
By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation, use it for fraudulent purposes, or infringe the rights of Hadia Jewelry Studio or any third party.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us, including your contact, billing and delivery information, is accurate and complete.
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
3. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, materials and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography.
Where dimensions or measurements are provided, minor reasonable variations may occur.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
We may change or discontinue products and may limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
4. ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.
After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation or acknowledgement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or product information error, payment problems, or an item becoming unavailable.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount due to you.
Please check your order details carefully before completing checkout and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency applicable to your market or as otherwise shown at checkout.
The total amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, taxes, duties or other charges that we collect, will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
For some international destinations, applicable duties and import taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.
For destinations where duties or import taxes are not collected at checkout, additional charges may be imposed by the destination country’s customs or tax authorities. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where permitted by law in cases of an obvious pricing error.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are delivered according to the delivery options and estimates shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, customs processing, severe weather or other unexpected events.
For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession, or into the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Please see our Shipping Policy for current shipping rates, estimated delivery times and international shipping information.
7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your rights to cancel an online purchase, return goods, request an exchange or receive a refund are described in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
For eligible online purchases, consumers may have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason within the applicable cancellation period.
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law, including certain personalised goods and certain sealed goods that become unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken.
These exclusions do not remove your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
8. FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
Products supplied by us must comply with applicable consumer law, including requirements relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with their description.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at contact@hadiajewelrystudio.com.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any statutory remedy or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including our branding, text, graphics, photographs, designs, logos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Hadia Jewelry Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use our protected content without our permission, except where permitted by law.
Shopify and other third-party names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to or integrations with services operated by third parties, including payment providers, social-media services and other online platforms.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that we cannot legally exclude.
11. SHOPIFY
Our online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to operate our online store. However, purchases made from Hadia Jewelry Studio are transactions between you and H3 HOUSEHOLD HUB LTD trading as Hadia Jewelry Studio, rather than purchases from Shopify.
Shopify may process personal information in connection with providing its services. Further information about personal-data processing is available in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy information.
12. PRIVACY
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Please review the Privacy Policy available on our website for information about how personal information is collected, used, shared and protected and about the rights that may be available to you.
13. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit a product review, photograph, comment or other feedback to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights, or contains malicious software.
Where you provide content for publication, you grant us permission to use that content for reasonable purposes connected with operating and promoting Hadia Jewelry Studio, subject to applicable law.
We may remove content where we reasonably believe it is unlawful, misleading, inappropriate or violates these Terms.
14. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY
We take reasonable care to keep information on our website accurate.
Occasionally, information concerning product descriptions, availability, pricing, promotions, delivery charges or other matters may contain an error.
If we discover an error affecting an order, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and resolve the issue. Where appropriate, you will be given the opportunity to confirm the order using the correct information or cancel it for a refund.
15. PROHIBITED USE
You must not use our website:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to infringe another person’s rights;
- to transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- to obtain unauthorised access to our website or systems;
- to collect other people’s personal information unlawfully;
- to send spam or other unauthorised communications; or
- in a manner that materially interferes with the operation or security of the website.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, systems or legal rights.
16. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, these Terms do not exclude any protection available to you under applicable consumer law.
17. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where such an event materially affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep you informed where appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable law.
The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
Changes will not unfairly alter rights or obligations relating to an order already accepted unless permitted by law.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and contracts between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
If you are a consumer residing elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws applicable to you and may be entitled to bring proceedings in courts available to you under applicable law.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights.
